These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the conditions for using the app "Shogi Next Move Trainer" ("App") provided by Hikari Shimizu ("Developer").

1. Service Description

This app supports shogi improvement through "next move" training puzzles.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following acts:

Unauthorized access
Acts that interfere with service operation
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

The copyrights for shogi puzzles and puzzle data included in this app belong to Hikari Shimizu. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

3. Subscription

This app offers a monthly subscription: "premium_monthly".

■ Subscription Details

Removal of the daily 5-puzzle limit

■ Pricing and Duration

300 JPY per month (tax included)
Automatically renews every month

■ About Auto-Renewal

Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically. Upon renewal, the registered Apple ID will be charged.

■ Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from your Apple ID settings screen (Subscription Management).

■ Billing

Payments are processed through Apple's payment system.

4. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability of the service.

5. Service Changes

The Developer may change or terminate the app content as necessary.
