Account Deletion

How to Request Deletion (Important)

• Request in-app: Settings -> Delete Account
• Request by contact: Email hikari1653@gmail.com and state that you want your account deleted

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Profile information (including user ID)
• Play data such as training and answer history
• In-app settings data
• Inquiry and feedback data linked to your account

Data Retained and Retention Period

For legal compliance and fraud prevention, some data such as audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days.

Estimated Deletion Completion Time

Deletion is typically completed immediately to within 7 days after receiving your request.
